1. Consulting Framework
Engagement with Nexus Strategy Group is governed by a formal Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. Our services are provided as high-level strategic advisory and implementation support, designed to integrate with your existing leadership teams.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement, all strategic frameworks, proprietary automation scripts, and custom software architectures developed during our engagement remain the intellectual property of Nexus Strategy Group, with a non-exclusive, perpetual license granted to the client for their specific organizational use.
3. Professional Liability
While we strive for 100% project success, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific consulting phase in question. We do not guarantee specific future financial outcomes or revenue gains, as these are dependent on market conditions and client-side execution.
4. Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to solicit or hire any Nexus Strategy Group consultants or technical staff for a period of 24 months following the conclusion of any project engagement without written consent and an applicable placement fee.
