By accessing or using SupportFlow AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Subscription & Billing

SupportFlow AI is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SupportFlow AI for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to process sensitive health or financial data without appropriate compliance measures. You retain ownership of the data you import.

4. Limitation of Liability

SupportFlow AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
